Workload Assessment – License Deduction Criteria
This topic provides information about the license quota deduction in the Assessment module. The quota is determined based on the type and the volume of the workloads, and it is consumed only when an assessment is executed successfully.

License Deduction Criteria
The assessment license quota is calculated based on the workload type and its volume. Quota is deducted only after a successful assessment execution, and the type of the workload determines which quota is deducted.
- Workload type: License quota is consumed based on the type of workload:
- Files: Files quota is consumed for assessing code files, including DML, PL/SQL, etc.
- Query Logs: Query Logs quota is consumed for assessing query execution logs.
- Volume of workload: The assessment quota deduction is proportional to the size or volume of the workload, typically measured in units such as GB, MB, etc.
View Assessment License Quota Details
Follow these steps to see detailed license information:
- Click your username at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click License from the menu.
- The Manage Licenses window opens. Click View Details to see detailed license information.
- The License Details page opens. This page provides comprehensive information about your licensing status, quota consumption, activated licenses, upcoming licenses, and a history of expired licenses. You can also monitor the granted licenses and LeapLogic service usages from this page.
