Logging and Troubleshooting
LeapLogic publishes detailed logs for reference. In case of any errors or deadlocks, you can forward them to us for further analysis and resolution. Apart from detailed logs, a few troubleshooting ideas are as follows.

Getting a failed assessment |
Go to the location where LeapLogic has been installed. You will find a log file at this location with the name assessment.txt (Text file). Please share this file at info.leaplogic.io as an attachment for further analysis and resolution. |
Unable to see the downloaded LeapLogic package (.exe) |
Right-click on the downloaded file and click Keep. The earlier downloaded file with the name “Unconfirmed 12345.crdownload” changes its type and icon to a LeapLogic installable application. Note: These steps are for Windows installation. |
